Old Town Players Continues Production of “A Christmas Story”

The Old Town Players are continuing their production of “A Christmas Story” this afternoon.  The performances will take place today at three p-m at the OTP Theatre and Arts Center at 432 Broadway Street in Vincennes.  Tickets sold at the door cost twelve dollars for adults, ten dollars for students and seniors, and four dollars for children twelve and under.

Zoeller Announces Major National Settlement With T-Mobile For ‘Mobile Cramming’

Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller has announced a major national settlement with T-Mobile for ‘Mobile Cramming,’ or placing unauthorized charges on customer’s cell phone bills. An estimated 115-thousand Hoosiers may be eligible for refunds that could exceed 70-million dollars nationally. Zoeller says consumers who have been “crammed” often complain about charges, typically $9.99 per month, for “premium” text message subscription services such as horoscopes, trivia and sports scores, that the consumers have never heard of or requested…
