(Vincennes, IN)– Vincennes City crews have announced the closing of part of Oliphant Drive between Niblack Boulevard and Chicago Avenue. The closing will allow repair of the floodwall opening. The repair is part of the ongoing Vincennes City Levee project. The affected part of Oliphant is expected to stay closed through mid-September.
